WiredUp Installation CEO David Racich on Job Creation

Job training and job growth are two of the driving forces of our economy. David Racich, the founder and CEO of Integrated IO® and CEO of Brokers Alliance, Inc. keeps this in mind when running his businesses. The Brokers Alliance campus is being expanded into a 24,000 square-foot facility, which will create space for 85 new employees.

Where job training is concerned, David’s company Outlook Advisors partnered with Arizona State University and Rio Salado Community College to build accredited and non-accredited course work designed to help students gain real-word career experience before graduating.  

Integrated IO®, offering smart home technology and commercial wiring installation services, has acquired several tech companies in recent years. In the process, Integrated IO® has helped dozens of employees keep their jobs and has placed dozens of new employees. Brokers Alliance, another company owned and operated by David, added more than 30 employees to its payroll in 2015 and expects to add another 55 to its workforce over the next two years. When it comes to job creation, David Racich walks his talk.
