A&E Telecom Merges with WiredUp Installation
Jul 07, 2013
Fountain Hills, Arizona (July 4, 2013) – Integrated IO®
United by a common business culture and a desire to combine resources, a new alliance has been formed between A&E Telecom and Integrated IO®. The strategic merger, finalized on July 3, 2013, boosts Integrated IO®’s capacity to install and manage telecommunications infrastructure at the commercial level. With the addition of A&E Telecom’s commercial telecoms expertise and field operations team, Integrated IO® is prepared to make use of its new knowledge capital and resources by expanding its presence in the commercial sector.
The merger with A&E Telecom, based in Arizona, brings a decade’s worth of experience installing and managing structured cabling, CCTV security surveillance, and phone systems for commercial, medical, financial, service related, retail, and industrial offices to the Integrated IO® family’s repertoire. “A&E [Telecom] has extensive expertise in running fiber, installing copper wiring, and managing commercial phone systems and operational networks. This, combined with our commitment to service, commercial video conferencing capabilities, and established hardware supply contacts, will allow us to expand both the scope and scale of our commercial and industrial sector operations,” said David Racich, the founder and CEO of Integrated IO®.
“This intersection of resources, skills, and clients brought to the table by both companies will enable us to provide a full range of top-tier commercial technology solutions to businesses that are looking to streamline their operations and boost efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The great rates that both parties have negotiated with hardware vendors will allow us to serve businesses throughout the Phoenix and Tucson areas and beyond at highly competitive prices.”
On the face of it, things are not going to look all that different. Integrated IO® will still offer start-to-finish services in the fields of commercial wiring, video surveillance, and home automation. The Integrated IO® Code of Ethics will still lie at the core of every task the company performs while carrying out its work.
What will change is the strength of the company’s foundation and the depth of its resources and capabilities. “There is not a commercial cabling, wiring, network, or CCTV-related service available that we can’t offer to our clients,” said Mr. Racich. A handful of the dozens of clients A&E Telecom has served include Freedom Mortgage, Midas Auto, Palo Verde Medical, and YMCA, while Integrated IO® has carried out structured cabling services for Burlington Coat Factory, Walgreens, and Victoria’s Secret.
The merger will better enable Integrated IO® to meet the needs of businesses of varying specialties throughout the Arizona, where A&E Telecom has already established a palpable presence. Expansion to other states may also soon be possible. “The end result of this merger will be profound gains in benefits to our customers. That’s what this all trickles down to. Integrated IO® has been looking to expand its presence in the commercial sphere, and now we are better equipped to do so than ever before. Clients will be able to hire us to help them meet all of their telecoms, video monitoring, and network system needs. And the professionalism and value of the system installation and maintenance services they receive will be noteworthy.”
In order to meet the increase in demand for its services that this merger is expected to result in, Integrated IO® is integrating A&E Telecom’s field operations team into its family and business structure. In addition to an outstanding field operations team, Integrated IO® will have multiple engineers, project managers, and accounting personnel to more efficiently and satisfactorily serve its customers. The company’s inventory will also be larger and more impressive than ever before.
