This week Control4 release 2.10.3 this week, along with their very much anticipated new feature INTERCOM ANYWHERE! I know, I know. ‘Bout time.  If you haven’t downloaded 2.10.3 and the Intercom Anywhere app yet to give this amazing new feature a try, you need to get on that right away. Intercom Anywhere is a GAME CHANGER for homeowners. Nobody else is doing this.

Highlights of Intercom Anywhere:

• DS2 or DS2 Mini can call mobile devices when doorbell is pressed.
• Mobile device doesn’t just see and communicate with whomever is at the door using Intercom Anywhere, but it can also have 2 custom buttons programmed to add additional control while you are on that call – like unlocking the door, turning on lights, etc. I personally have mine programmed to unlock the front door and to re-lock the front door.
• Mobile device can interactively 2-way video intercom with an individual touch screen in the home using Intercom Anywhere.
• Mobile device can ring all T3 touch screens in the home or initiate a custom call by selecting which touch screens to ring using Intercom Anywhere.
• Any T3 touch screen in the home can be used to video intercom with mobile device(s) using Intercom Anywhere.
