Technology Installation Specialist
Position Summary
* High Level In-Home Customer Service Required
- Reply to service requests, CRM activity assignment, and internal communication
- Schedule all items above in the CRM or google calendar
- Complete scope of work, bill of materials, and labor schedule for all jobs and estimates
- Completing work orders for each job, admin items, and system design/estimating
- Perform quality assurance during and at completion of all jobs
- Participate in research and development objectives as applicable
- Attend and add input at internal company meetings
